Fox also owns Tubi, and the acquisition of Roku will make it the third-largest player in U.S. television by share of viewing, as it adds more than 100 million global streaming households, the company said. Roku will continue to operate as a standalone platform, Fox said in a statement. It remains a primary access point for viewers to open Netflix and YouTube on their TVs.<\/p>\n

The deal is said to be worth between $22 Billion and $25 Billion.<\/p>\n

Fox Corporation is currently profitable, reporting $4 billion in total revenue and an adjusted net income of $570 million in its fiscal Q3 2026 results. While advertising revenue saw aheadline decline due to the absence of the Super Bowl, underlying growth in cable networks, distribution fees, and streaming remains strong.<\/p>\n
